Abstract |
Youth and young generations welfare is pledge of the future. Period between childhood and adulthood is the time for changes which essentially and radically remakes our identity, ethos and physical-mental status. This time is dotted with intensive alterations, biological and psycho-social challenges making young people increased adoption. In many cases we can see only problems because this seething period is full of strong urge for changing, tensions and conflicts with elder generation. Future generation can build successful lifestyle for themselves only if manages to keep health, happiness and ability for joys and is able to make difference between real values and easy, passing successes. Main goal of this book is to present the social-cultural background of young people's behaviour. During the researches we were not focusing only on harmful behaviours but also on protective factors. Nowadays we are living in such times when we have to do everything to see real challenges in our life and to adjudge when we step to the right way. (Bettina Pikó) |
