Abstract |
Fortunately, last years more and more literature related to addictions has been published also in Hungarian language. However beside some classical works (e.g. by Géza Csáth or Thomas DeQuincey) subjective self narratives have not got too much publicity. That's why this book stops a gap in this field. Through poems, novels and fine art works made by drug addicts we can get insight into the world of drug addiction. In spite of scientific literature this book gives inner picture about addictions, addict people, pleasure, pain, fear, misery, hope, despondency, illusions and reality. |
